This document sets out the rules and scope of using cookies and personal data collected by the website through appropriate forms and functionalities. Administrator – The owner of the website and the data controller is Mateusz Wereszczyński.
User – a person using the website who can • view the content of the website • comment on the available content if such an option is provided • use order and inquiry forms • place an order for the offered service or product
1. Cookies The website uses cookies, which are text files saved by the server and the website on the user’s device. Thanks to cookies, the website can, for example, check the number of visits to the page, check if the user is logged in, has already taken part in a survey, or has simply visited it before. We use persistent cookies, which remain in the user’s browser for the time specified in the cookie file or until deleted by the user, and session cookies, which remain in the browser until leaving the website or closing the web browser. The user can disable or limit the saving of cookies on their device at any time by adjusting their web browser settings.
Saving cookies is in most cases enabled by default. All information regarding cookie setting customization options can be found in the help tabs of your browser or on the websites of its developers. Cookies are used by the website for the following purposes:

2. Statistical data Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords. The website also uses Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics services, which collect statistical information about user traffic on the website using tags and tracking codes placed on the site. This data is used for statistical purposes to improve the operation of the website based on it.
3. Facebook Pixel – for conducting marketing and remarketing (advertising) activities on the Facebook social network.
4. Server logs – when a user enters the website, the server records information about the visit in the so-called logs each time, including the IP address, date of visit, and type of web browser. This data is not used by the website administrator to identify users.
Personal data:
Personal data The controller of personal data is the Administrator specified at the beginning of this document. Depending on the purposes, the Administrator may collect data such as:
• first and last name,
• company name, address, and profile,
• contact e-mail address and the user’s website address,
• phone number,
• IP address,
• correspondence address
1. By using appropriate inquiry forms, the comment system, and other applied technologies (e.g., shopping cart), the user can voluntarily provide their personal data to the website Administrator. Although provided voluntarily, this data is necessary for the proper execution and fulfillment of the purposes they relate to, i.e., an order, service, or handling an offer inquiry. The provided personal data is processed solely for the purpose of executing a given service, order, or handling a submitted inquiry, service valuation, etc.
2. The provided personal data is collected and stored with due diligence and confidentiality, and protected against unauthorized persons.
3. The user has the right to:
• access, rectify, change, limit the processing of, and delete their personal data,
• transfer personal data,
• stop the processing of personal data and withdraw the consent given,
• lodge a complaint with the appropriate authorities regarding the processing of personal data
4. The collected data will be stored only as long as necessary to achieve the specific purposes, e.g., handling an offer inquiry, valuation, etc., and as permitted or required by law (e.g., archiving accounting documents).
5. The personal data controller does not share it with third parties, except in situations of data entrustment, i.e. – placing data on a server in order to initiate, conduct, and finalize a transaction or an offer inquiry by sending an order, contact form, e-mail message, etc.
